High Quality, very comfortable in the hand (actually feels so natural in hand) Strong steal, sharp and is from Italy. Yes not American made, but this brand is so incredible you will love it! It will take on the hardest of bushcrafting -from batoning, feathering, spliting wood, chopping to what ever your needs. It does have a thick rounded spin (makes it hard to start a fire with a flint rod) The steal is K490 a very strong steal that will hold an edge, this knife is great for all out doors needs but can be used to cut a steak, some chicken or your favorite veggies. I highly recommend this company, brand and this knife. I've collected alot of knives over my years and this is one of the best I've ever had. OBTW it is a chopper, I chopped through a 3 inch log like it was cake. Highly recommended!!
