I'm so excited for my daughter to play with this kitchen! When it arrived, the kitchen sink was cracked pretty bad in shipping, but customer service was quick to offer to ship a replacement or a small refund to buy my own replacement. I opted for a replacement to be shipped and it arrived in great condition. They were super helpful. This kitchen isn't the best quality, but for the price, I'm happy with it. When assembling, some pre-drilled holes were stripped, so the screw just spins without grabbing anything. There were maybe 4-5 of those, but all were in a spot where there's another anchored screw, so I'm not too worried. There's always super glue if something comes loose through the play of a 3 year old!I purchased it for my grandson. He is so surprised when he woke up in the morning which we showed the kitchen. His reaction make the kitchen worth every penny. My son assembly it and took him around one hour to finish all the job. Come with so many pieces.The kitchen does well made and adorable.It’s a little smaller than I had anticipated but I hadn’t looked much at the size, to be honest. It took me awhile to set it up. My husband put in the “C” screw for the hinges & he said it was a little difficult. The rest were okay & I was the one who did them. A LOT of the pieces were misnumbered or didn’t have a number so I really had to pay attention to which piece went where. A few pieces were broken so one of the doors doesn’t work well & can’t close all the way. You can see it sticking out. When I try to close it all the way, it stretches the piece of wood it’s attached to so we will have to buff it down so our daughter can use it. Also some of the pre-drilled holes were a little off so we had to go in & drill them in the right spots. Other than that, it’s okay.I like how easy the assembly is but it is very flimsy. I have not even had this a year and the doors don’t shut anymore and everything is so loose. It is played with daily and has not held up well.I bought this for my girl as her 2-years birthday gift. He absolutely loves it! he’s super inquisitive and definitely a girly girl so she is going to enjoy cooking and baking in her own kitchen. Her cousin brother also enjoy being competitive with her. I can see them baking cookies or cooking dinner together and deciding who did the better job or just figuring out that they make a perfect team and everything was amazing!It took almost a month for this to be delivered. BUT, the wait was worth it. All parts were clearly marked and the directions were clear and accurate. You really need two people only because you will have someone to help hold parts in place. It was put together in about 2 hours. Read all directions and check to make sure all parts are there before you start. This was a birthday gift for our 2 year old granddaughter and she loves it! Some people have complained about the microwave door, but that was not a problem. Costzon has videos on their site on assembly directions. This was helpful. Don't use a power drill as it will strip out the screws. I would definitely recommend this play kitchen.My daughter is two years old and this was absolutely perfect for her! Her and her friends loved it . They play for hours! It did take about 3 almost four hours to assemble and you don't wanna put the screws in to tight because it will crack the wood, I learned that the hard way on one screw my the sink unfortunetly. This was a great idea for my daughter all in all my only dislike was how expensive it is! There's bigger kitchens that come with a bunch of asessories for way less it is a plastic one not wood but they are bigger and have more features . So I think the price should be adjusted but this is a great gift idea for any little girl
